Calendar of our Events

Sign Brigade

Monthly on the last Thursday 5-6pm 159 Great Rd. Stow

We meet the last Thursday each month from 5-6pm at the parking lot for Shaws Plaza in Stow and stretch out along rt 117 W between Red Acre Rd and the entrance to Shaws Plaza.

If you haven’t seen a Sign Brigade before, we each hold a sign according to a theme that tells a story (ie- signs of good government). In order to allow cars to read each sign, we each stand 100 ft apart.

Feel free to join us or drive by and honk in solidarity

Monthly Huddle and Training

July 9 6:30-8:30pm
Maynard Firehouse

Join us for our monthly meeting to learn and take action.   We alternate between trainings and more traditional huddles but try to provide some kind of action at each meeting.  Past actions have included using QR codes to sign a petition or send an email to your representative, writing postcards, and assembling whistle kits and zines.  This meeting we are focused on elections and local government.  We will have a speaker walk us through local politics, including who is appointed vs. elected and how to navigate town politics.  Then Kelly Butiglieri will walk us through the MA ballot initiatives: the supporting and opposing arguments and how we can communicate the consequences to other voters.  We will also have postcards to mail for those looking to take action.  Postcard packets require $10 cash donation or check made out to Lynn Courtney to cover stamps and materials.

We regularly collect unopened, packaged food items for Open Table at our meetings.

Monthly Standout Against Authoritarianism

We meet the 3rd Saturday 1-3pm
Veterans Memorial Park

We meet the 3rd Saturday of every month from 1-3pm by Veterans Memorial Park at the corner of Summer St. and Nason St to stand up against authoritarianism. Signs welcome, but we usually do have some extra to offer. Let's stand together as a community to fight for our democracy and our rights. Our next standout on July 18 will correspond with Good Trouble Lives On!

A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.

Postcard Writing

A group sits at a table writing postcards

Tuesdays 9-11am Boston Bean
102 Main St. Maynard

Send hand-written postcards to voters in states that will play a key role in taking back Congress and in electing leaders who will fight back against the current authoritarian regime. Postcards educate voters, urge them to register to vote, and urge them to vote for specific candidates in special elections, primaries, and the November 2026 mid-term elections. Hand-written postcards have been proven in multiple studies to boost turnout enough to swing elections. Each packet of 15 postcards has everything you need, and costs $10 to cover stamps and cards for those who can afford it.

It’s more fun to write together, but if you can’t stay, you can also stop by and pick up postcards to write at home.

De-ICE Hanscom

De-ICE Hanscom Standout
Fridays 1-2:30pm
Hanscom Rotary, Lincoln

Join us every Friday at the Hanscom traffic circle in Lincoln MA from 1:30-2:30pm to bring attention to the deportation flights leaving from the airforce base and the wrongful coordination with Massport.
